OEX Group opens the largest warehouse of marketing materials in Poland
OEX Group increased its warehousing area dedicated to marketing materials services and e-commerce sector. In November, the company became the main tenant in the newly developed Good Point III logistic complex in Łubna near Warsaw. Currently, OEX Group has a warehousing infrastructure of over 50,000 sq. m.
The newly opened Good Point III investment developed by Real Management leased 16,000 sq. m. to OEX Group which became the largest tenant of the complex. The company has been present in the Łubna complex since 2008. The location was chosen among others because of its good communication with the centre of Warsaw and the rest of the country, which is crucial in the case of providing services to geographically dispersed clients.
In total, OEX Group has 5 class A distribution centres (3 in Łubna, one in Gdańsk and one in Czeladź), in line with ISO 9001:2008, GHP, GDP, GMP, HACCP standards. The resources of the holding company are complemented by several dozens of local warehouses located across Poland and three operation centres dedicated to archiving documents. The area dedicated solely to marketing materials logistics projects totals more than 30,000 sq. m and the clients have more than 50,000 pallets spaces at their disposal.
Systematic development of OEX Group logistics products led us to develop our infrastructure. Today, no other provider marketing materials distribution services has such a large warehousing space, said Artur Wojtaszek, Member of the Management Board of OEX Group.
OEX Group offers its clients comprehensive warehousing services and distribution of marketing materials including display stands, displays, promotional stands, regular products or prints (flyers, posters, catalogues). Logistics services can also include co-packing and packaging as well as installation and POSM renovation. The service is provided with the use of technology that enables client employees (e.g. sales representatives) to manage sales support materials on their own and plan marketing events. It also provides convenient access to reports from smartphones and tablets.
The way to organise logistics processes supporting sales translates both into efficiency as well as costs of executed marketing and sales activities. So far, we have executed hundreds of projects which enabled to develop original solutions as to the distribution of marketing materials, said Grzegorz Wroniszewski, Managing Director of Non-Core Logistics Services at OEX Group.

The Good Point complex in Łubna near Piaseczno is a modern class A+ warehouse of the total area of more than 50,000 sq. m. This investment is located in a direct vicinity of national road no. 79, 7 km away from road no. 50 and 15 km away from the Puławska junction of S2 expressway. The newly opened facility, Good Point III, was fully leased before its construction was completed.
